Hottest day of the year so far and wouldn’t you know it, my A/C quit working. I called a few of the bigger named HVAC companies and they were all booked solid for 3 days. I looked through some reviews on companies and settled on ERS due to some favorable reviews. I called them and was relieved to hear that they could have a tech out in a few hours! Their service tech (Will) called my wife to let her know he was heading her way. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and had cold air coming out of the vents in about 20 minutes. He explained the problem to my wife and made sure he had addressed the problem to her satisfaction. My unit is getting older so I will probably be purchasing a new condenser in the next season or so and will definitely keep ERS in mind!

Prompt service and the technicians always ask how the family is, etc. Had an emergency on a Saturday and Ryan was there within the hour. Love the fact that they will call to remind of scheduling an annual check-up as I never think of it.
