We had ERS R&R our furnace/AC unit that was damaged by a bad water leak in the winter. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they would do it. They were very professional and did quality work. I’m retired HVAC so I know poor quality when I see it. Had small equipment issue a few months after install, that was not their fault, and they responded as if we were next inline. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Service was very fast and professional. The technician called to keep me informed of what the problems were and exactly what he was going to do. He first came on a Thursday and needed apart, so he rushes ordered it and got my heat working before the weekend. He also knew more about getting my gas fireplace installed and working than the local fireplace specific professionals. Thank you, ERS!!
